Boys Nominations Girls Nominations
Brett Kroboth won a stacked 3A race at the Red, White and Blue Invitational and temporarily set a course record on the White Oak Park cross country course in a PA #2 15:31. He outran the second place finisher by 15-seconds and led 13 boys under 16:15.
This performance put an exclamation point on a series of strong finishes for the senior. He now has three straight Top-2 finishes, including this win.
For JoJo Quarzo, winning the 2A race at Red, White and Blue was a perfect finale to an incredible week that featured her commitment to the NC State Wolfpack. Quarzo jumped out to a minute-plus lead and dominated the field, earning the victory and setting a PA #1 time.
It was a very impressive opener for the senior and marked the fastest time on the day by a Pennsylvanian. She is assuredly ready to contend for a state title come November.
