There were some incredible performances this past weekend. Each week - The PA MileSplit crew will nominate multiple athletes and allow you to vote for the Runner of the Week. This week's poll will close on Thursday (September 15th) at 5:00 pm ET

The Week's Girls Candidates:

Lillian DiCola (Hatboro Horsham) - Won the PTXC Gold Race after separating herself from Baylee Espinosa (Lewisburg) in the closing mile of the race. She became a 3x PTXC Champion with 19:06 - speed rated at 123.

Wren Kucler (North Allegheny) - Kucler led a North Allegheny 1-2-3 as she covered the White Oak Park course in 17:45 at the Red, White, and Blue Classic. She earned a 136 speed rating for the effort and currently has the second fastest time in the state.

Kate Moncavage (Southern Columbia) - Moncavage won the the LVC Dutchmen Invite by running 18:27, a new PR for the Central PA Native.

Olivia Cieslak (Haverford) - Cieslak ran one of the fastest XC 2 Miles in State History. She ran an 11:06 at the Unionville 2 Mile Bash to win on overall time by over 20-seconds. The time currently ranks as one of the fastest in the Nation.


The Week's Boys Candidates:

MJ Pottinger (Grove City) - Pottinger ran an outrageous 15:21 to win the Red, White & Blue Classic over Jack Bertram and Kamden Kramer. The time is the second fastest in course history, and just 8-seconds off of Ryan Pajak's course record.

Ari Snyder (Chambersburg) - Snyder dueled with Lewisburg's Jonathan Hess before ultimately out-kicking his opponent and winning in 16:14. He ultimately led Chambersburg to the team title as well.

Brian McCormack (Scranton) - McCormack won the County Commissioners Invitational with a stout 15:39 and ultimately led his team to the Championship Title. He won by 38-seconds.

Ramon Urena Batista (Lebanon) - Urena Batista won the LVC Dutchemen Invite in 15:47. He outran the next best finisher by nearly 30-seconds and posted one of the best times in recorded course history.

Richard Planck (Downingtown West) - Ran 9:40 to win the Unionville 2 Mile Bash. Planck beat some stellar competition including Luke bodden and Connor Britton to do so. His time was not far off of his Outdoor Track PR.
