The Week's Boys Candidates:

Colin Whitaker (Lampeter Strasburg) - Ran the second fastest time in PA History (14:42.60) to finish second at the adidas XC Challenge. He currently has the seventh fastest HS Boys time in the nation (2023).
Dale Hall (Hampton) - Won the Boardman Invitational (OH) by out-kicking Jack Bertram of North Allegheny. He led his team to the team title with his new personal best of 15:36.1.
Vinay Raman (Hershey) - Raman won the Ben Bloser Bulldog XC Invitational (3A Race) by running a PA No. 25 15:47. Raman edged out Chambersburg's Ari Snyder and in doing so helped lead Hershey to the 91 to 92 victory over Chambersburg.
Ethan Vaughan (Fox Chapel Area) - Posted a 15:58.70 to win the Kiski Invitational. Vaughan broke 16-minutes for the first time and lead his team to a dominant overall victory.
The Week's Girls Candidates:

Claire Paci (Greencastle-Antrim) - Paci ran an outrageous 17:54.37 to win the Ben Bloser Bulldog XC Invitational 3A race. She finished 40-seconds quicker than the next finisher and notched a new PA No. 3.
Wren Kucler (North Allegheny) - Last week's AOTW extended her win streak by picking up the Individual title at the Boardman Spartan XC Invitational. She ran 17:49, which would rank as the PA No. 2.
Alli DeLisi (Penn Charter) - Ran a stellar 18:07.2 at the adidas XC Challenge to finish 12th. The time was a 32-second personal best and catapults her to the PA No. 6 slot.
