
The Shot Put Relay is rarely contested in Pennsylvania but usually consists of teams of two combining their best throws in a "relay" style competition against other teams.
Most simply, the team with the best combined distance wins.
Utilizing our XC Team Score feature, we did some finagling to determine which teams would be the best at this event, and ranked our Top-25 accordingly. Pay no mind to the scores on the right, they are ranked by XC score. Total distance is what we're focused on.
It is no surprise that the Berks Catholic boys take a commanding lead in this ranking. They have thrown an astounding combined 107-11.5. Brady Mider currently ranks first in the state while Alex Witmer ranks eighth. In tandem - they are almost untouchable.
