Introducing the 2023 Pennsylvania MileSplit All-State Teams and post-season award winners.
With the season (mostly) in the rearview, we sat down to determine the our season's award winners. We carefully examined each student-athletes body of work and tirelessly combed rankings, championship finishes, all-time marks and consistency. Though we acknowledge that there are numerous talented individuals who missed this season's rendition we thinned the herd to three athletes per state event.
For the first through third teams, an athlete will be listed once even if they performed well in multiple events. Freshmen who make the first three teams will still be listed as part of the all-freshmen team.
