Since our last ratings, Chester has jumped from 12th to the top spot behind a number of strong relay and individual performances. JaNaisa Dearry is currently ranked second in the state in the 400m after she ran a blazing 55.42 at the Del Val Championships. She is also third in 3A in the 200m with her 24.28. Meanwhile, Chester also has a 3A lead in the 4x400m with the 3:49.02 that the team ran at the Penn Relays Carnival.
Haverford is up to second from tenth behind key performances by Olivia Cieslak. She leads 3A in the 1600m and 800m, while she simultaneously ranks third in the 400m.
Other risers include North Allegheny (Up 22), Mount Saint Joseph (Up 58), and Conestoga Valley (Up 23).
