Virginia Kraus tops the list with her 17:44 from the Lions Invitational on August 23rd. She is on the hunt for a third-straight PIAA title this fall. Julia Kelly is just two seconds behind her, with a 17:46 from the Northampton Invitational. So far, 27 girls have broke 18-minutes this season.
