Angela Zeng leads the way with her 17:45 win at TSTCA Cross Country Championship Meet. She is the only girl in the Pittsburgh area to go under 18 minutes this year. the other girls in the area have also been amazing with 46 under 20 minutes and 13 under 19 minutes for 5k.
