The girls in the Philadelphia area have been nothing short of amazing this year. Mackenzie Skelly paves the way with her 16:44 PA #4 all time mark from The VA XC Showcase where she placed 3rd overall as just a freshman. She is not the only sub 17 athlete in the state as Julia Kelly has also gone under the barrier running 16:54 to win her first district title.
