There will a little more normalcy at Hershey's Parkview Course on Saturday. Last year, due to the pandemic, the two races at Hershey -- the PIAA Foundation Invitational and the state meet -- had limited entries and featured "heats." Not exactly what we're used to at Hershey.
But this year, it's back to the normal race format for both meets and first up is Foundation on Saturday. There will be three varsity races per gender, broken up by classification. It gets going at 9 AM with the Girls White Race. The meet is stacked with talent with teams looking to get a glimpse of the state course ahead of November.
