Meanwhile, Ella Woehlcke (Mount Saint Joseph) dominated the 69th Annual George School Invitational and ran a season best 18:22. That time ranks as the seventh fastest in PA this season.
In an impressive showing from Victoria Rodriguez (Dallastown) at Ben Bloser, she held off a strong contingent to win and run an 18:36. That was a 24-second cross country personal best, and ranks her inside the top 15 in the state.
