What do the boys' state rankings look like heading into the Penn Relays?

Butler's CJ Singleton (above) joined the sub-9 club in the 3,200m this past weekend at his home invitational, with a state-leading 8:57.60, which is also PA No. 11 all-time in the event. He's entered in the Penn Relays mile on Friday.
