With just over a month until the 2023 Cross Country season opens - it is time to take a first glance at our returners. With the departure of the class of 2023, new names have ascended into the Top-30 and will threaten to contend throughout the upcoming campaign.
Logan St. John Kletter ended the year on top of the Rankings Board and maintains her positioning heading into the new year. She finished tenth at last year's state championship before earning a state title in the mile at the PTFCA Indoor State Championship. She added another state title in the 3A 3200m at the PIAA Outdoor State Championship. At New Balance Nationals Outdoor, she placed seventh in the 3200m, just missing All-American Honors.
With the graduation of WPIAL rival Natalie McLean, Kletter is marked as an early season favorite.
